Software that couldn't exist without running the work ourselves.

OHMV operates the largest Paul Davis restoration territory in the northeast. That scale — across water, fire, mold, and reconstruction — exposed every gap in the off-the-shelf tools the industry relies on.

OHMV Systems exists because the people who understand the technology and the people who understand the operations are the same team. Every tool is shaped by real process pipelines, tested on real jobs, and refined by the people who use it every day.

Shae-Lynn Cohen

Systems Architect & Lead Product Engineer

ScM, Brown University — PRIME Program, School of Engineering

Shae-Lynn designs and builds the OHMV Systems platform — from identifying operational inefficiencies to architecting the software that solves them. With a Master's in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from Brown's School of Engineering and deep experience inside restoration operations, she works at the intersection of technology and the field, turning real process problems into tools that the people doing the work actually want to use.

Before building OHMV Systems, Shae-Lynn developed commercial sales strategy, led company-wide efficiency initiatives, and was selected from over 350 Paul Davis offices nationwide to present at the company's national conference on AI and operational innovation. She brings an international perspective — raised in Toronto, educated across three countries, and fluent in four languages.
